المادة 21

The owner of the environmental license or his legal representative shall apply for renewal of the license to the Ministry of Environment three months before the expiry date.

The application for renewal shall be accompanied by a technical report indicating the following:

A copy of the environmental license subject to renewal

All points mentioned in article 19 of this Decree

Amendments that occured or will be occuring on the transport activity

A summary of all the periodic reports on the various transport works carried out by him during the environmental licensing phase subject to renewal

Copies of the forms related to the completed movement of hazardous wastes conducted during the environmental licensing phase subject to renewal

A copy of the insurance policy valid during the entire period of the environmental license

The required license shall not be renewed unless the carrier complies with the provisions of Article (22) below of this Decree.
