The procedures, the fundamentals, the templates and the minutes for submitting applications to obtain an environmental license for the hazardous wastes carrier are to be determined by decisions and circulars issued by the Minister of Environment. Requests for renewal, instructions for filling them, keeping records of requests and deadlines for completing administrative transactions are also determined by decisions and circulars issued by the Minister of Environment.
