المادة 34

The environmental license of the facility shall be granted for a period of five years, renewable by a decision of the Minister of Environment. This is done in accordance to the legal and regulatory provisions pertaining to industrial and classified establishments.

In case the facility wishes to modify the design of its facilities of recovery and/or treatment and/or final disposal in a way that affects its operating conditions, on the basis of which the environmental license has been granted, the owner of this license shall inform the Ministry of Environment about the amendments before making them. The ministry, then, conducts an inspection, accordingly it has to inform the owner, in writing, its consent or to introduce amendments to the license or to cancel it.
