The reader’s problem
On 13 October, the library added a public Hugging Face dataset as a separate route to the legal material.
What changed
Readers no longer had to visit one page at a time to work with a collection of records. The export presents relational tables in Parquet format, with the dataset card explaining their structure and provenance.
Using the feature
Download the tables needed for your project and retain their identifiers when joining legislation, articles, amendments or references. This makes tasks such as comparing records or inspecting relationships possible in ordinary data tools. Check the dataset's actual revision when reproducing an analysis.
Reading the evidence
This dataset release is distinct from the later container release. Public table downloads were available before the new database restore manifest. A pending manifest for that newer workflow does not make the earlier dataset unavailable. Document rights and source attribution remain separate from software licensing.
