The reader’s problem
On 13 October, the public MCP server added a connection between compatible assistants and the legal library.
What changed
Instead of relying only on a model's training data, an assistant could search the collection and request a law, article, ruling or Gazette record from a documented service.
Using the feature
Connect the server address in a client that supports the documented transport. Ask the assistant to retrieve the source text and keep its links visible. The tools are designed to return stored records and passages, so a reader can open the same material on the website.
Reading the evidence
Retrieval does not make everything an assistant says reliable. A model may misunderstand a provision, overlook context or cite an incomplete record. Read the returned text and relevant amendments. This article records the hosted service milestone; the separate 30 October service-image release has its own journal entry.
