Questions, not lookups.
Search now tells a question apart from a lookup without calling any model. A law number, an article or a decree gets its results as before. A question, such as whether a criminal acquittal stops a civil claim for damages, gets an answer box above the results. Before this, that question ended on nothing matches.
Written from our sources only.
The answer comes from passages of this library, found by meaning. Gemini writes one to four short paragraphs from them. If it cites a passage it was not given, or misquotes a passage word for word, the whole answer is thrown away. Each answer links to the articles it used.
Deeper when you ask.
Show more runs three more Arabic searches and writes a longer answer from up to 40 passages. It takes about 13 seconds.
Fair limits.
Each device gets 10 questions a day and one deep answer. A question costs us about half a US cent. The whole site has a daily cap, and the box says so when it is reached instead of failing quietly. A daily check in the public repository makes sure answers still work.
Check before you rely on it.
An answer is a place to start. It can be wrong or miss a rule. Open the articles it links, and the Official Gazette, before you rely on it. This is not legal advice.
