المادة 51

Article 51 of Decree No. 405 of 30 Mar 1983. Published in Official Gazette issue 15 of 14 Apr 1983. Status: repealed.

مادة 51: يأمر بصرف النفقات الرئيس او من يفوضه بذلك بعد ان يثبت من صحة عقد النفقة وصحة تصفيتها.
