مادة 3: تبقى احكام المادة السابعة من المرسوم رقم 4122 المؤرخ في 19 نيسان سنة 1939 نافذة فيما يتعلق بمساهمة البلدية في دفع قسم من نفقات شرطة السير الى خزينة الدولة.
