مادة 4: يمهل جميع المقترضين لتسديد الاقسام التي استحق دفعها قبل تاريخ نفاذ هذا المرسوم مدة ستة اشهر تحت طائلة تنفيذ احكام المادة 6 من القانون رقم 74 تاريخ 24/07/1991
