المادة 26

ان رهن الحقوق غير المادية- ما خلا الدين- يتم بحسب الصيغ المطلوبة لنقل هذه الحقوق وبمقتضى صك مكتوب وفاقا لاحكام الفقرة الثالثة من المادة العشرين.

Art. 26. - La mise en gage des droits incorporels autres que les créances, s’effectue suivant les formes requises pour leur transmission et moyennant la rédaction d’un écrit aux termes de l’article 20 alinéa 3.
