ان حقوق الرهن المختص بغير المنقولات تبقى خاضعة لاحكام القرار عدد 3339 الصادر من المفوض السامي في 12 تشرين الثاني سنة 1930.
Art. 28. - Les droits de gage immobilier demeurent exclusivement régis par les dispositions de l’arrêté 3339 de M. le Haut-Commissaire du 12 Novembre 1930.
