المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: اعطي موقتا قائد قوى الامن الداخلي صلاحية اجراء التنقلات بين ضباط الدرك ومفوضي الشرطة بناء على اقتراح الرؤساء او مباشرة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: بصورة موقتة وخلافا لاحكام المرسوم رقم 1115 تاريخ 4 تشرين الثاني سنة 1936 والمرسوم رقم 3308 تاريخ 19 ايار سنة 1928 المعدل بالمرسوم رقم 207 تاريخ 26 شباط سنة 1937 يتألف مجلس تأديب الدرك والشرطة كما يلي: - قائد قوى الامن الداخلي رئيسا - قائد فيلق الدرك - مدير الشرطة اعضاء على ان يقوم عند اللزوم بالتحقيق المفروض على المقرر اجراءه ضابط او مفوص يختاره الفيلق او مدير الشرطة.

مادة 3: ينشر او يبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
