المادة 64
يقوم رئيس مجلس الادارة بوظيفة مدير, ويعود له ان يقترح على المجلس تعيين مدير سواه. الا ان هذا المدير يقوم بوظيفته لحساب الرئيس وعلى مسؤوليته الشخصية.
