مادة 1: يدفع عن اجازات الاصدار رسم قدره 2 بالماية من قيمة البضائع المطلوب اصدارها.

مادة 2: ان معدل الرسم المنصوص عليه في المادة الاولى من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 206 المؤرخ في 31 آب سنة 1942 جعل اربعة في المئة من قيمة البضائع المصدرة.
