مادة 4: عدلت المادة السادسة من المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 3/2/943 رقم 2102 على الوجه التالي: "يتولى التدريس في المعهد الزراعي اساتذة يعينون وتحدد تعويضاتهم بقرار يصدره وزير الزراعة".
