المادة 5
يترتب عن المبالغ المسلفة لاستصلاح الاراضي فائدة سنوية تستحق وتحسب مرة واحدة في اخر كل سنة وتحدد قيمتها بمرسوم لاحق يتخذ بمجلس الوزراء.
