ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون رقم 382 تاريخ 04/11/1994 المتعلق بالبث التلفزيوني والاذاعي, لا سيما المادة 25 منه,

وبعد استطلاع رأي المجلس الوطني للاعلام تاريخ 20/01/1996,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة مجلس شورى الدولة (الرأي رقم 86/95-96 تاريخ 29/01/1996 والرأي رقم 106/95-96 تاريخ 23/02/1996.

وبعد مواقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 07/02 و27/02/1996,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

صدقت دفاتر الشروط النموذجية المرفقة بهذا المرسوم والعائدة للمؤسسات الاعلامية التلفزيونية والاذاعية من الفئتين الاولى والثانية.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا المرسوم فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
