تطبق على الطلاب المداومين أحكام نظام المعهد (الإعداد والتدريب) الملحق بالمرسوم رقم 11044 تاريخ 27/9/2003 ولا سيما نص المادة /60/ في كل ما لا يتعارض وأحكام هذا المرسوم.
