مادة 1: قبلت الهبة المقدمة من شركة مرساكو ش.م.ل. (عبر شركة Sanofi-Aventis) لصالح وزارة الصحة العامة وهي عبارة عن كمية من مستحضر الـ (Docetaxel Trihydrate) TAXOTERE والتي توازي استهلاك الوزارة لسنة 2007 وفقا لما يلي: ـ 4800 عبوة من Taxotere 80 mg ـ 4800 عبوة من Taxotere 20 mg
