مادة 40: يفتح في مصرف لبنان حساب خاص يسمى (أمانة الصرف من الخدمة لأجراء بلدية شحيم) تودع فيه المحسومات المقتطعة من أجور الاجراء وتدفع منه تعويضات صرفهم.
