يوضع عند الاقتضاء للصفقات التي تجري باتفاقات رضائية دفتر شروط وتطبق عليها، مع مراعاة أحكام هذه النبذة، المادة 105 والمواد 107 إلى 114 ضمنا من هذا النظام.
