إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على القانون رقم 337 تاريخ 8/6/1994 وتعديلاته، لا سيما المادة التاسعة منه (نظام الكتاب العدل)،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: أنهيت حكما مهام الكاتب العدل في جديدة المتن السيد سليم شفيق مطران اعتبارا من تاريخ 9/11/2010 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.
