مادة 48: تعيين المستخدمين وغيرهم: يعين الرئيس المستخدمين والخبراء والمستشارين او يتعاقد معهم ويحدد رواتبهم ومخصصاتهم وذلك بعد استطلاع رأي مجلس الادارة.
