المادة 28
يسرح الاجير في اي وقت كان شرط انذاره قبل شهر اذا كانت مدة خدمته الفعلية تزيد عن ستة اشهر وتقل عن ثلاث سنوات, وقبل شهرين اذا كانت تلك المدة تزيد عن الثلاث سنوات, ويتم التسريح بقرار معلل.
