المادة 234
تقسم المحطات اللاسلكية المرسلة الخصوصية الى خمسة اصناف:
1- محطات ثابتة مخصصة بتأمين مراسلات خصوصية.
2- محطات متنقلة ومحطات برية تتراسل مع المحطات الثابتة لتأمين مراسلات خصوصية لا تخضع لاحكام الاتفاقات الدولية او الانظمة الداخلية.
3- محطات معدة لاعمال فنية او تجارب علمية لا يمكن استخدامها الا لتبادل الاشارات والمعلومات المختصة بضبط الاجهزة.
4- محطات هواة تستعمل من قبل صانعيها غايتها تأمين عمل الاجهزة وضبطها.
5- محطات ثابتة او متنقلة خاصة بمصالح ذات نفع عام او شركات ذات امتياز مرخص لها قانونا لتأمين اتصالاتها المصلحية.
