المادة 12
تثبت دفعة قيمة السهم أو الزيادة على قيمته بايصال اسمى يستبدل بمهلة ثلاثة اشهر من تأسيس الشركة أو من تحقيق زيادة رأس المال، بشهادة اسمية ايضا.
