المادة 5

يجري توزيع الرصيد المخصص لمشاريع التنمية في البلديات ولانعاش المناطق وفقا لما ورد في البند ثانيا من المادة الثالثة اعلاه، والبالغ /58,520,000,000/ ل.ل. (ثماني وخمسون مليارا وخمسماية وعشرون مليون ليرة لبنانية)، بحيث يتم توزيع مبلغ /82,772,000/ ل.ل. (اثنان وثمانون مليونا وسبعماية واثنان وسبعون الف ليرة لبنانية) لكل من البلديات الثالية:
