مع تطبيق أحكام مرسوم التراجع رقم 15299 تاريخ 5/2/1964 يفرض تراجع عن حدود التخطيط وفقاً لنظام المنطقة على ان لا يقل عن ثلاثة أمتار عن حدود التخطيط.
