المادة 12

لا يجوز لمولّد النفايات الخطرة أن يستقبل نفايات خطرة متولّدة من أنشطة أو منشآت أخرى وتخزينها ضمن منشأته إلا إذا كان المولّد حائزاً على ترخيص بيئي لمنشأة تخزين.

A hazardous waste generator shall not receive and store hazardous waste, generated from other activities or facilities, within his facility unless the generator has an environmental license for a storage facility.
