المادة 17
تُحدَّد بقرارات وتعاميم صادرة عن وزير البيئة إجراءات وأصول ومحتوى التقارير الدورية الواجب تقديمها من قبل مولِّد النفايات الخطرة والمهل الزمنية لمراجعة التقارير من قبل وزارة البيئة وإبداء الرأي فيها.
The procedures, fundamentals and contents of the periodic reports to be submitted by the hazardous waste generator and the deadlines for reviewing the reports by the Ministry of Environment and expressing its opinion thereon are determined through decisions and circulars issued by the Minister of Environment.
