المادة 9

يستند قرار موافقة مجلس الادارة على اخضاع المشروع الاستثماري او المشاريع الاستثمارية القائمة لاحكام هذا القانون الى معايير تحدد لهذه الغاية بموجب مرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء.
