يقسم اعضاء لجنة التحقيق البرلمانية قبل مباشرتهم اعمالهم أمام هيئة مكتب المجلس اليمين التالي نصها:
" اقسم بالله العظيم ان اقوم بمهمتي بأمانة وتجرد واخلاص ".
