المادة 16
استثناء من احكام المادة 14 من قانون 7 شباط سنة 1962 يجاز لمجلس الخدمة المدنية اجراء مباريات خاصة لملء الوظائف الشاغرة بتاريخ العمل بهذا القانون والوظائف التي ستشغر بنتيجة تطبيق احكام هذا القانون.
