المادة 139
تكون جلسة المجلس التأديبي سرية, ولا تعتبر قانونية الا اذا حضرها الرئيس وجميع الاعضاء والمقرر, وتختتم بمذاكرة يعقبها اتخاذ القرار بأكثرية الاصوات في تصويت سري يشترك فيه الرئيس والاعضاء فقط.
