يعاقب بغرامة تتراوح بين خمسين وخمسماية ليرة لبنانية كل من الاعضاء المؤسسين واعضاء مجلس الادارة لاية جمعية تعاونية تنشأ في لبنان دون الحصول على الترخيص القانوني.
