المادة 1

يمنع على الشوارع والساحات العامة وملحقاتها وجوانبها واقنيتها حتى حدود التراجع القانوني وفي مجاري المياه وضفافها وعلى الاملاك العامة البحرية والاراضي المشاعية للقرى وعلى املاك الدولة والبلدية الخاصة طرح انقاض المباني واتربة الحفريات والحجارة وغيرها والنفايات والفضلات الزراعية والصناعية وطرح المركبات والسيارات المهملة المشطوبة من مصلحة تسجيل السيارات وانقاضها وهياكلها واجزائها.
