قرارات لجنة قيد الاسماء قابلة الاستئناف امام لجنة عليا تنشأ خصيصا في كل محافظة ويقدم الاستئناف باستدعاء بسيط خلال عشرة ايام من تاريخ تبليغها الى صاحب العلاقة بالطرق الادارية.
