يضاف الى القرار الأساسي رقم 7548 تاريخ 30/3/2000 «الـمادة 23 مكرر» التالي نصها:

«الـمادة 23 مكرر: تقوم لجنة الرقابة على الـمصارف بمهمة مراقبة صحة تنفيذ أحكام هذا القرار.»
