مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 299/1 تاريخ 31/12/63 المتعلق بتحديد سعر السكر الابيض المكرر محليا حتى اول تموز سنة 1964

المادة 2

مادة 2: عين الحد الاقصى لاسعار السكر الابيض المكرر محليا كما يلي: 80 ثمانون قرشا الكيلوغرام تسليم المعمل بالجملة 81،5 واحد وثمانون قرشا ونصف الكيلو غرام تسليم بائع الجملة لبائع المفرق . 85 خمسة وثمانون قرشا الكيلو غرام تسليم المستهلك بالمفرق.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور تعليقه على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.
