تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 64/1 تاريخ 23/6/2003 (تأسيس نقابة مخرجي الصحافة اللبنانية) بحيث تقرأ كما يلي نقابة مخرجي الصحافة ومصممي الغرافيك والباقي دون تعديل».
