إن وزير العمل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون العمل الصادر بتاريخ 23/9/1946 وتعديلاته،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7993 تاريخ 3/4/1952 (تنظيم النقابات) وتعديلاته ولا سيما المادة 3 منه،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يطلب إلى مصلحة العمل والعلاقات المهنية اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لإنجاز انتخابات المجلس التنفيذي لنقابة مستخدمي التجارة في بيروت وفقا لوصول القانونية وذلك خلال مهلة لا تتجاوز الشهرين من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار ونشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
