المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Booz Allen Hamilton (Lebanon) Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 26/8/1998، تحت رقم 2024 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/7/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7179/2008، بأنه تقرر، في 13/5/2008، تغيير اسم الشركة Booz Allen Hamilton (Lebanon) Ltd. إلى Booz & Company (Lebanon) Ltd. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
