إن شركة Degremont S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003، تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 16/1/2010، بموجب كتاب سجل لدينا بالرقم 713/2010 بأنها قد عينت السيد Alain POULIQUEN مديرا لفرعها في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة، وذلك بموجب سند توكيل صدر بتاريخ 26/10/2009، وتنتهي صلاحيته بتاريخ 31/12/2010 الا في حال العزل الصريح. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
