-في التعديل- إن شركة COOPERATIVA EDILE APPENNINO Societa Cooperativa a resposabilita limitata المسجلة بتاريخ 6/6/2013، تحت رقم 2726 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/8/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9450/2014، بأنها قد قررت تعيين السيد BRUNETTI STEFANO مديراً لفرع الشركة في لبنان، خلفاً للسيِّد Ubaldo Salomoni، مع منح الأول الصلاحيات اللازمة؛ وذلك كله بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 28/7/2014 . وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
