المادة الاولى: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 33/1 تاريخ 27/3/2015 بحيث تصبح كالآتي:
«ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم ويعمل به اعتباراً من 1/4/2016».
