ان شركة (جنرال الكتريك تكنيكال سرفيسز كومباني انك) General Electric Technical Services Company inc المسجلة بتاريخ 03/07/1968 تحت رقم (313) بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات, قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/11/1995 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5291/أ.ت. عن رغبتها بتغيير اسم الشركة من جنرال الكتريك تكنيكال سرفيسز كومباني انك (جيتسكو) الى جنرال الكتريك انترناشينال انك General Electric) (International Inc (G.E.I.I وبالتالي تعديل شهادة تأسيس الشركة فيما يتعلق بتغيير اسم الشركة. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
