الاعتراف بشهادات الدكتوراه الممنوحة من جامعة الروح القدس الكسليك. رقم القرار: - 15/1 - 50/82 تاريخ القرار: - 23/12/1982 تاريخ تصديقه من وزير التربية الوطنية والفنون الجميلة: - 7/2/1983 . نص القرار: 1- يطبق القرار المبدئي رقم 21 - 5/72 تاريخ 26/7/1972 على شهادات الدكتوراه الصادرة عن هذه الجامعة شرط ان يكون التسجيل لاعدادها قبل تاريخ 28/11/1978. 2- يطبق القرار المبدئي الذي اتخذته لجنة المعادلات بتاريخ 25/6/1981 رقم 38 على شهادات الدكتوراه الممنوحة من جامعة الروح القدس وفقا للمناهج الدراسية المعمول بها اعتبارا من 1/1/1979 .
