ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Atlas Interactive Middle East Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 21/6/2006، تحت رقم 2390 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/4/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4556/2007، بأنها قررت، بموجب محضر مجلس الإدارة المؤرخ في 7/3/2007، استبدال مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان السيد كميل بيطار بمديرتين هما السيدة عبير مهاوج والسيدة كلوديا نبيل نبهان مع تفويضهما بالاتحاد بالصلاحيات الوارد ذكرها في المحضر المذكور أعلاه. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
