مادة 1291:
لا حريم لبئر حفره شخص في ملكه ولجاره ايضا ان يحفر بئرا اخر في ملك نفسه عند ذلك البئر وليس لذلك الشخص منع جاره من حفر البئر بقوله انه يجذب ماء بئري.
