يلغى نص تعريف «المؤسسة» الوارد في المادة الاولى من القرار الاساسي رقم 9286 تاريخ 9/3/2006 ويستبدل بالنص التالي:
«المؤسسة»: أي مصرف أو مؤسسة مالية.»
